The rooms were neat and cheap with view of the heating and a balcony and a comfortable bed. The location was marvellous and decent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast definitely should of been included.

All fine, but parking issues

The fitness center was one of the nicest I've seen at a hotel. Not very big, but there were four precor treadmills. All of the equipment was really nice. Hot tub and pool were nice too.

Elevators were small. Pretty minor gripe really, just odd for a hotel its size. Also, access to the fitness center was pretty limited due to construction. Again, pretty minor stuff.

The hotel was located very close to my destination. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable with the security, etc.

The reviews of the hotel indicated that there was a shuttle available for destinations within a five mile radius. That was the deciding factor between Doubletree, whose price was higher and other nearby hotels with cheaper rooms but no free local shuttle. However, after checking in, I was informed that the Shuttle was only available to the Airport and a nearby Mall. I was then practically shoved into a cab, the cab driver got lost, and I was almost late to my meeting. Fortunately, I was able to arrange rides with other participants in the workshop, so I didn't need a cab or the shuttle.

I enjoyed the updated lobby area that had ample seating. The food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. It was surprising to find such quality dining at a hotel. I'm already planning to hold an event there in the future.

The lack of fridges in the room was an inconvenience.

Nice big rooms and very quiet, which I really appreciate! Quiet is the most important because a good night's sleep is very important all the time! And the staff were all great.

It's a little far from downtown, but that makes it more quiet!

Clean rooms, lobby area is nice.

Mountain view rooms don't have a mountain view. A double room means two full size beds and one room.

The bed in the king room with mountain view was comfortable. The staff was super hospitable. The view was fine. There was plenty of parking for handicapped guests. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa tub too!

The bed was very comfortable, the staff from check in to check out was amazing, this place had everything I needed except 24 hourfood service.

The lobby was grand, but the elevators were often broken.
